Around the mid 1800’s  the Sepoy Revolution occurred and a Royal Prince named Dakkar was known throughout the whole land. As he had fought against British rule to try to bring back anarchy to the many Rajah’s of the Land, but failed in his attempt and as a result became the # 1 enemy of the British Empire with a large purse placed upon his head captured dead or alive. Although the great Prince did arrange secretly his escape and fled safely out of harm’s reach. Dakkar, therefore, arrived at the painful conclusion that he loathed civilization and gathered a handful of loyal friends, then one summer day he and his companion entourage completely vanished out of sight never to be heard from or seen again. So this warrior against the world ever so believed favorably in the sciences. Once established on an uncharted deserted island, Dakkar then took the name of Captain Nemo. He began to build his laboratory and shipyard of where his greatest achievement to date was to be constructed. This project was a giant leviathan submarine vessel and upon completion was to be christened The Nautilus. Nemo had learned how to harness electricity to power his vessel which soon would serve graciously as his new Under the Ocean Estate. His new home then under the sea, yielded the plentiful supply of fish of all species, shipwrecks to explore and endless bounties of buried treasure that gave Nemo such valuable resources to survive, that needless to say he would never want or have the desire for anything “earthly” again. His great love of science and the arts gave favor over his feelings of loneliness, as he now would be able to indulge in scientific experimentation and dabble in the fine arts. The interior design of this giant metal monster was so vast with its steam contraptions, multiple veins of pipes, gauges, giant wheels and so many different types of control mechanisms,… too many to name, is the reason why his crew began to call their Captain, “ Steam Punk Nemo” And so, the Legend of this great Prince, who earned the title Captain Nemo, or as his ship mates referred to him more as Steam Punk Nemo traveled across the globe throughout all ages.
